L'Etivaz, cows milk from Alpes Vaudoises, Switzerland;
Meli Melo, ewe and goat blend from Pyrenees-Atlantique, France;
Fourme D'Ambert, a blue cows milk cheese from Auvergne, France;
Taleggio, cows milk rindwashed and cave aged three months from Guffanti, Italy.
